Shipping (Uk customers)

Wig / Topper orders will be sent via special delivery recorded and insured for the value of the item with royal mail. Accessories (topper grips/wig grips etc) will be Royal Mail 1st class signed for.   

International Orders

Please expect to pay customs fees on international orders. We are based in the Uk so all packages leaving the country will have a customs declaration form filled out to the correct value of the wig for insurance purposes. We will not be held responsible to pay customs fees. We use DHL or Royal Mail International which are tracked and signed for services. 

Order cancelation fee

If you have purchased a wig or topper from us online and wish to cancel before it has been dispatched we must enforce a 5% cancelation fee. This is to cover fees lost from the website transaction. When we refund your cancelled order we will loose the same fees regardless of it leaving the store or not.

Returns and refunds (distance sale)

 If you decide once you have received your wig or topper that it is not right for you, you can return it along as it is still in a saleable condition. We will deduct 5% from the refund to cover website fees and re preparation of the product for a future customer. When we refund an order we still loose the website fees from the origional transaction. We send every item out with lots of love and care. A great deal of time is spent preparing and styling for you to try on at home and we are very grateful for your understanding that if you do not wish to keep it we will then have to re prepare the wig/topper to our very high standard for the next customer.

 If you make adjustments to length colour cut or lace you will not be able to return the wig. Once the lace is cut at the front this means you are completely happy with keeping the wig.

If the wig has makeup on the lace we will not accept the return and send the wig back to you. We have had experience with a customer using the wig for a shoot then returning it with the lace stained in makeup. 

If you are returning the wig/topper purchased you must notify us and return it within 14 days of receiving it. We will have a record of the day you received it from our tracked and signed for delivery.  Once the wig has been inspected and everything is looking good your refund will then be processed. This can take up to 5 working days. You must return the wig via special delivery tracked signed and insured for the correct amount incase it gets lost in the post.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your order. Royal Mail cover £1000 or £2500 insurance with special delivery. We cannot be held responsible to refund your order if we haven't received the item back and there is no proof of tracking. If your return does not reach us but you have proof of tracked and insured post you will have to contact Royal Mail for a refund.

When purchasing a wig or topper in store you have the opportunity to see the product, try it on and make sure it is right for you. By purchasing the product in store it will make it non returnable even if the item is still tagged. 
If you choose for the lace to be removed in store  /tags have been removed for you on the wig / topper and custom cutting /styling has been done to the wig or topper it is non returnable and non refundable.
We recommend you re sell the item yourself if you no longer think it is what you want.

Paying with Klarna returns policy You have the right to return un altered goods within 14 days of purchase. Cutting the lace and tags off the wig/topper purchased confirms you are happy with it and wish to keep it. It can not be returned if the lace at the front has been cut as this is a customisation you have made to the itemIf you customise the wig in any way it voids return. Please contact us if you feel you may need to return your item and we will be happy to help.
