When navigating the booking link you can select the first option under “Wig/Topper Consultation.” This one-hour consultation is designed to help you find the perfect wig or topper in a relaxed and supportive environment. The £30 fee covers our time and expertise, but if you choose to make a purchase, this amount will be deducted from your total bill. If you decide not to go ahead, the fee simply covers the appointment time we’ve set aside for you. If you decide you would like a second consultation before purchase, a second booking fee will be required and will not be redeemable against the cost of the wig or topper - only one consultation fee is redeemable per order. The consultation fee is only redeemable against a purchase within 6 months of the consultation.

For Alder Hey patients or those with a prescription from Liverpool University Trust: Please choose the designated Alder Hey/LUT option when booking. There is no consultation fee for patients under this category.

We offer a wide selection of human hair wigs and toppers in various sizes, lengths, and colours. If you find the perfect one during your appointment, we can cut and style it the same day so you can take it home immediately.

If the piece you like isn’t the right size or length, we can usually order one in for you. This process takes between 2 to 12 weeks, depending on the specific item. Once it arrives, you’re welcome to return for cutting and styling, or we can post it to you if no customisation is needed.

You’re welcome to bring a friend or family member for support- or come on your own if you prefer. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible during your visit.

Consultations are held on the first floor of the salon in the wig room accessible by stairs. We can accommodate a private downstairs consultation if required - please let us know in advance so we can book the room out for you.
