Cap Design
Designed with a lace top and a lace front that extends ear to ear, these wigs perfectly mimic hair growing from the scalp for an incredibly natural appearance. The structured sideburn area ensures a sleek, secure fit, while the stretchy, wefted back provides superior comfort for all-day wear.
With a natural-to-medium density, our lace top wigs strike the perfect balance between lightweight and full. You can easily change the parting, and each piece can be cut and styled to suit your personal look.
The back of the wig features a soft, stretchy closed-wefted cap, giving you a snug and breathable fit. Adjustable straps allow you to tighten or loosen the cap to your personal preference—no slipping, shifting, or discomfort throughout the day.
We’ve also added pressure-sensitive clips at the ear tabs for extra security. Prefer to go clip-free? You can remove them easily with a few gentle snips.
Making it feel like you
Small tweaks will go a long way in making your lace top wig feel like you. Wether it be a parting change, styling or even having a personalised haircut can take it from wig to a wearable dream.
Switching up your parting is easy—simply wet the top, re-section the hair, and use your blow dryer to set the new part into place.
Style it your way: curl it, straighten it, wave it—whatever your vibe.
Pro tip: Always use a heat protection spray to maintain the hair’s longevity and shine.
You can wear them down or styled into low ponytails, plaits, or buns, as well as half-up styles—thanks to the natural ear-to-ear hairline. (Please note: high ponytails or top buns aren’t suitable for this cap type.)
Premium-Quality Human Hair
We use only the highest-grade Brazilian human hair to create our wigs - sourced for its luxurious texture, softness, and durability. Our customers are consistently impressed by the premium feel and natural movement.
We do not offer bleached knots to prevent premature shedding. Instead, we provide a chemical-free alternative called a Knot Blur Pen, which quickly and easily disguises the knots.
Size -
Scroll through the listing images to find the size guide image. We aim to stock a variety of sizes at all times. If you don't see the size you need please get in touch and we can get one in specifically for you.
Where possible, we always recommend booking an in-store consultation to try on different sizes - it’s the best way to find your perfect fit and avoid any sizing worries when buying.
It’s completely normal to fall between sizes, as head shapes naturally vary. In general, it’s more comfortable to choose a wig with a little extra room than one that’s too snug. This can lead to head aches and can become quite uncomfortable. A larger wig can easily be adjusted to fit smaller, but a smaller cap cannot be made bigger.
Your main measurement should be the head circumference, as this gives the most accurate guide.
If you have hair to accommodate underneath the cap and you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up to allow enough space for a comfortable fit.
And don’t worry - if you’re still unsure, you can always try one size and exchange it for another if it’s not quite right.
Length -
Our wig lengths are measured from top to tip! Use a tape measure from the parting and stretch it down to where you would like the length to sit.

Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Refund Process
If you decide once you have received your wig or topper that it is not right for you, you can return it along as it is still in a saleable condition.
If you make adjustments to length colour cut or lace you will not be able to return the wig. Once the lace is cut at the front this means you are completely happy with keeping the wig.
If the wig has makeup on the lace we will not accept the return and send the wig back to you.
Returns & Cancellation Policy (UK Customers)
Your Legal Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your wig or topper.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Once you have notified us, you must return the item within a further 14 days (28 days from delivery in total).
If you cancel within this period and the item is returned in its original condition, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
We use tracked and signed-for delivery and will rely on delivery confirmation records to determine the start of the cancellation period.
Returns After the 14-Day Cancellation Period
If you notify us after the initial 14-day cancellation period but within 28 days of delivery:
Returns Outside 28 Days
Returns requested or received more than 28 days after delivery will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Once the wig has been inspected and everything is looking good your refund will then be processed. This can take up to 5 working days.
Please use our returns portal to process your return
You are responsible for the cost of returning your order. Royal Mail cover £1000 or £2500 insurance with special delivery. We cannot be held responsible to refund your order if we haven't received the item back and there is no proof of tracking. If your return does not reach us but you have proof of tracked and insured post you will have to contact Royal Mail for a refund.
International Orders & Returns
If any of the above applies to you, you are entitled to receive the VAT off the cost of your wig at the time of purchase. Please note: VAT exemption applies to wigs & hairpieces only and does not apply to accessories like wig grip bands and aftercare products.
If you are unsure as to whether you are eligible to receive goods or services zero-rated for VAT you should consult Notice 701/7 VAT reliefs for disabled people at www.hmrc.gov.uk or by contacting the VAT Disabled Reliefs Helpline on 0300 123 1073 before signing the declaration. Please note, there are strict penalties for making false declarations.
VAT Exemption is available whether you purchase from our salon or online through our website.
Customers that are entitled to VAT exemption and who are placing an order through our website will need to CONTACT US before they make a purchase. You will need to fill out and sign the declaration, failure to do this will result in VAT being applied to the goods. Once we have your completed and signed form we will manually amend the price for you before you checkout the item you wish to purchase with the VAT deducted ready for you.
We are unable to refund any VAT after the order has been confirmed, processed and despatched.
Please be aware that orders cannot be processed less VAT until we have had confirmation of the VAT exemption form either by post, by hand or by email, nor can a refund be issued after the order has been processed and despatched.

6-Week Manufacturer Warranty
We understand how important your wig or topper is to you. To provide peace of mind, we offer a 6-week manufacturer warranty covering potential faults. Please note that this warranty is for manufacturing defects only and does not cover general wear and tear. If a product was to have a manufacturers fault it would be obvious within the first few weeks hence why we cover a 6 week period.

Parting Infill Service
It’s normal for the parting area to require infilling after several months of wear due to the delicate hand-tied knots. While we don’t offer this service in-house, we can recommend reputable refurb specialists upon request.
