If you decide once you have received your wig or topper that it is not right for you, you can return it along as it is still in a saleable condition. We will deduct 5% from the refund to cover website fees and re preparation of the product for a future customer. When we refund an order we still loose the website fees from the origional transaction. We send every item out with lots of love and care. A great deal of time is spent preparing and styling for you to try on at home and we are very grateful for your understanding that if you do not wish to keep it we will then have to re prepare the wig/topper to our very high standard for the next customer.
If you make adjustments to length colour cut or lace you will not be able to return the wig. Once the lace is cut at the front this means you are completely happy with keeping the wig.
If the wig has makeup on the lace we will not accept the return and send the wig back to you.
If you are returning the wig/topper purchased you must notify us and return it within 14 days of receiving it. We will have a record of the day you received it from our tracked and signed for delivery. Once the wig has been inspected and everything is looking good your refund will then be processed. This can take up to 5 working days. You must return the wig via special delivery tracked signed and insured for the correct amount incase it gets lost in the post.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your order. Royal Mail cover £1000 or £2500 insurance with special delivery. We cannot be held responsible to refund your order if we haven't received the item back and there is no proof of tracking. If your return does not reach us but you have proof of tracked and insured post you will have to contact Royal Mail for a refund.
If any of the above applies to you, you are entitled to receive the VAT off the cost of your wig at the time of purchase. Please note: VAT exemption applies to wigs & hairpieces only and does not apply to accessories like wig grip bands and aftercare products.
If you are unsure as to whether you are eligible to receive goods or services zero-rated for VAT you should consult Notice 701/7 VAT reliefs for disabled people at www.hmrc.gov.uk or by contacting the VAT Disabled Reliefs Helpline on 0300 123 1073 before signing the declaration. Please note, there are strict penalties for making false declarations.
VAT Exemption is available whether you purchase from our salon or online through our website.
Customers that are entitled to VAT exemption and who are placing an order through our website will need to CONTACT US before they make a purchase. You will need to fill out and sign the declaration, failure to do this will result in VAT being applied to the goods. Once we have your completed and signed form we will manually amend the price for you before you checkout the item you wish to purchase with the VAT deducted ready for you.
We are unable to refund any VAT after the order has been confirmed, processed and despatched.
Please be aware that orders cannot be processed less VAT until we have had confirmation of the VAT exemption form either by post, by hand or by email, nor can a refund be issued after the order has been processed and despatched.

6 week manufacturer warranty
Although extremely rare we have this policy to ensure your peace of mind for repair of anything potentially faulty. Please be advised that the wig/ topper will have to be returned to the manufacturer for repair and this can take a number of weeks. (Estimation can be provided once fault is diagnosed) We unfortunately cannot provide a replacement piece during this time. The potential fault must be reported to us and the piece must be returned to us within 6 weeks of you receiving it. Anything outside of this will be deemed general wear and tear due to the nature of the product.

Your wig/ topper may need a parting infill after a number of months wear and this is completely normal. The knots and delicately hand tied and they can loosen and shed throughout its life span. We recommend getting the parting topped up to keep the wig/ topper looking fresh and full. We do not offer this in house at this time but can recommend refurb specialists upon request.
