Cap Design

Crafted with a lace top and lace front that extends from ear to ear, each wig provides the look of hair growing naturally from the scalp. The pre-cut bob enhances the realistic effect, with soft layers that frame the face beautifully.

The structured sideburn area ensures a flat, secure fit, while the soft, stretchy wefted back adds breathable comfort for all-day wear. Adjustable straps let you fine-tune the fit - no slipping, shifting, or discomfort.

Pressure-sensitive clips are included at the ear tabs for optional added security and can easily be removed for a completely clip-free, glueless fit.

Pre-Cut & Personalised

Each Classic Collection wig is cut into a refined bob shape with gentle layering to suit a wide range of face shapes. Prefer a slightly shorter fringe, more texture, or a custom contour? These wigs can still be further tailored with cutting and styling to match your personal look perfectly.

The parting can also be changed—simply wet the top, re-section the hair, and blow-dry to set the new style in place.

Size -

Scroll through the listing images to find the size guide image. We aim to stock a variety of sizes at all times. If you don't see the size you need please get in touch and we can get one in specifically for you.

Where possible, we always recommend booking an in-store consultation to try on different sizes - it’s the best way to find your perfect fit and avoid any sizing worries when buying.

It’s completely normal to fall between sizes, as head shapes naturally vary. In general, it’s more comfortable to choose a wig with a little extra room than one that’s too snug. This can lead to head aches and can become quite uncomfortable. A larger wig can easily be adjusted to fit smaller, but a smaller cap cannot be made bigger.

Your main measurement should be the head circumference, as this gives the most accurate guide.

If you have hair to accommodate underneath the cap and you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up to allow enough space for a comfortable fit.

And don’t worry - if you’re still unsure, you can always try one size and exchange it for another if it’s not quite right.

Length -

Our wig lengths are measured from top to tip! Use a tape measure from the parting and stretch it down to where you would like the length to sit.

Returns & Refunds (UK Distance Selling Regulations)

We understand that choosing the perfect wig is a personal decision. If you find that your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Notification: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of your intent to return.
Return Window: Return the item within 28 days of receipt.
Condition: The wig or topper must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, styled, cut, or have makeup on the lace are non-returnable.
Lace Cutting: Once the lace is cut, the wig is considered accepted, and returns are no longer possible.
Return Costs: You are responsible for the return postage costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot process refunds without proof of receipt.

Refund Process

If you decide once you have received your wig or topper that it is not right for you, you can return it along as it is still in a saleable condition.

If you make adjustments to length colour cut or lace you will not be able to return the wig. Once the lace is cut at the front this means you are completely happy with keeping the wig.

If the wig has makeup on the lace we will not accept the return and send the wig back to you.

Returns & Cancellation Policy (UK Customers)

Your Legal Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your wig or topper.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

Once you have notified us, you must return the item within a further 14 days (28 days from delivery in total).

If you cancel within this period and the item is returned in its original condition, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

We use tracked and signed-for delivery and will rely on delivery confirmation records to determine the start of the cancellation period.

Returns After the 14-Day Cancellation Period

If you notify us after the initial 14-day cancellation period but within 28 days of delivery:

Returns will be accepted for store credit only
Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, with lace uncut and hygiene seals intact (if applicable)

Returns Outside 28 Days

Returns requested or received more than 28 days after delivery will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Once the wig has been inspected and everything is looking good your refund will then be processed. This can take up to 5 working days.

Please use our returns portal to process your return

You are responsible for the cost of returning your order. Royal Mail cover £1000 or £2500 insurance with special delivery. We cannot be held responsible to refund your order if we haven't received the item back and there is no proof of tracking. If your return does not reach us but you have proof of tracked and insured post you will have to contact Royal Mail for a refund.

Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after inspection.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

International Orders & Returns

- Shipping Provider: We use FedEx for international shipments, providing tracking and insurance.
- Return Policy: International returns are accepted under the same conditions as UK returns. However, please note that a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover currency conversion fees.
- Return Notification: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. The wig must be back with us within 28 days of you receiving it or we will not be able to accept the return.
- Return Method: Return the item via a trackable and insured service. Clearly mark the package as a “Return of Goods” to avoid unnecessary customs charges.Customs Fees: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

VAT Exemption for Medical Hairloss

Vat will be added at checkout. If you are medically exempt please get in touch for a VAT exemption form. We will email it to you via DOCUSIGN. VAT exemption is available to our customers who wear wigs & hairpieces for necessity reasons. Customers who require wigs or hairpieces due to alopecia, hair loss as a result of chemotherapy treatment or any other medical condition that causes hair loss, and is confirmed by a GP, are classed as necessity wearers.

If any of the above applies to you, you are entitled to receive the VAT off the cost of your wig at the time of purchase. Please note: VAT exemption applies to wigs & hairpieces only and does not apply to accessories like wig grip bands and aftercare products.

If you are unsure as to whether you are eligible to receive goods or services zero-rated for VAT you should consult Notice 701/7 VAT reliefs for disabled people at www.hmrc.gov.uk or by contacting the VAT Disabled Reliefs Helpline on 0300 123 1073 before signing the declaration. Please note, there are strict penalties for making false declarations.

VAT Exemption is available whether you purchase from our salon or online through our website.

Customers that are entitled to VAT exemption and who are placing an order through our website will need to CONTACT US before they make a purchase. You will need to fill out and sign the declaration, failure to do this will result in VAT being applied to the goods. Once we have your completed and signed form we will manually amend the price for you before you checkout the item you wish to purchase with the VAT deducted ready for you.

We are unable to refund any VAT after the order has been confirmed, processed and despatched.

Please be aware that orders cannot be processed less VAT until we have had confirmation of the VAT exemption form either by post, by hand or by email, nor can a refund be issued after the order has been processed and despatched.

Product Warranty

6-Week Manufacturer Warranty

We understand how important your wig or topper is to you. To provide peace of mind, we offer a 6-week manufacturer warranty covering potential faults. Please note that this warranty is for manufacturing defects only and does not cover general wear and tear. If a product was to have a manufacturers fault it would be obvious within the first few weeks hence why we cover a 6 week period.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty applies to issues such as:

Excessive Shedding: Unusual hair loss beyond normal wear within the first couple of months.
Cap Construction Issues: Stitching defects or loose fittings.
Hair Quality Problems: Premature tangling or matting under normal use.
Colour Fading: Significant loss of colour within the warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under this warranty:

Alterations: Any changes made to the wig or topper in relation to dyeing, or perming. It can deteriorate the condition of the hair and is done at your own risk.
Lace Cutting: Once the lace is cut, the item is considered accepted, and returns are no longer possible.
Adhesive related problems: If you have used any kind of adhesive it can deteriorate the lace. If the lace was to rip or fray, or the knots were to shed we cannot assist you as you have gone against our advice.
General Wear and Tear: Including but not limited to- Expected amounts of knot shedding through normal wear and tear. Minor colour fading is normal as the wig will oxidise in the sun naturally.

Warranty Process

Contact Us: Notify us of the potential fault within 6 weeks of receiving your item.
Return the Item: Send the wig or topper back to us for inspection. Please ensure it is in its original condition.
Assessment: We will evaluate the item to determine if the issue is covered under the warranty.
Repair or Replacement: If a manufacturing defect is found, we will proceed with the repair. Please note that repairs may take several weeks and we cannot provide a replacement while your wig is been repaired. The specific part of the wig will be replaced that is faulty - not the entire wig.

Parting Infill Service

It’s normal for the parting area to require infilling after several months of wear due to the delicate hand-tied knots. While we don’t offer this service in-house, we can recommend reputable refurb specialists upon request.
